Easy drag in the park of Buttes Chaumont (19th). Identify the only guys who wander there, mostly around the bridge, in the small alley behind the restaurant lake, or along the old railway line or in the tunnel. Be careful with police patrols and walkers (many families in good weather). Moderator: like any public place, observe the place and do not eat there.
