Sur la D973, de Mérindol en direction de Cheval-Blanc, tournez à droite sur le chemin du Riouffret. Un parking se trouve tout au fond, sur la droite. Les gorges étant temporairement fermées, le lieu est calme et discret, propice à un moment tranquille, voire à quelques coquineries dans la nature alentour.

A new, easily accessible spot since the dam became impassable due to potholes in the road. Coming from the campsite, turn right to return to the Île Piot parking area. 400m after the turn, on your left you can't miss the secure path visible in the photo. Below the small power station, there's a very pleasant and now popular wooded area.

Given the closure of the watershed toilets in winter, the Intermarché toilets can be a good place of isolation, if necessary with large cubicles. There is a camera in the corridors, remember to close the door if you come in with a lady (To tell the truth, even out of politeness it is better to close the door). Of course, it is a public place where not everyone has to put up with your exhibitions or incivilities.

Picnic area on the edge of Viavenessia

A fairly quiet picnic area located below the Viavenessia in Jonquières. A discreet spot for a quick get-together. For cyclists and walkers only; no car access. You have to park at Jonquières train station and then walk to the picnic area, a few hundred meters towards Sarrians. It's more of a meeting place than a cruising spot.
