Plateau Berthaucourt in Charleville-Mezieres. Straight forward only today some passages and sometimes gay couples strut your stuff or meetings, sometimes remain in their cars and sometimes will take a short walk. The point near the memorial remains the emblematic places but you can also go down, near the station, sometimes more lively.
