Since Ales take old road from Nîmes to the Serres The Droude, park on the 2nd part of the parking near the antenna * * FreeMobile, down the road and over the bridge of the railway down to the right, two tunnels on your left pass under the 4-way cross to the other side and walk towards St Hilaire right, 200 m wood and quiet places, farther 1km former even quieter website * Bridge drowned in Avène * NB risk of getting caught in the tunnels and does not violate the panels * unless eligible * - * * except residents risk a fine. The place is very quiet at night, especially if you go deep in the street where there is the forest. The car park of the castle is empty at night during the week and also on weekends (except perhaps on Saturday evening where one can find young).
