Nasque rest area, formerly known as the Bois des Plaines rest area. A very quiet, secluded, and uncrowded spot. Plenty of parking, two picnic tables, and the woods right behind it. Halfway between Gonfaron and Les Mayons, easily accessible.

A secluded spot on the small road from Gonfaron to the Var circuit, near the Sigues rest area on the A8 motorway. Well-protected, with parking (dirt surface) and plenty of quiet spots for walking. Primarily a gay area, frequented in the afternoon and early evening. Leaving the Var circuit, take the first left, then the first right. After 600 meters, turn off the road at a sharp right-angle bend onto a wide dirt track.

After the 70 km/h zone in Saint-Jean-de-Rebervilliers on the D928, take the first right towards Épineux. Continue to the obelisk and park on the right. A peaceful spot in the forest at the end of the day. A nice place to meet people.
