The dredge is in the park but not everywhere. Access to cruising spot is through the path between the track for bikes and access to the stadium. There is a portal to access the stage, left the gate a path with a sign '20 km / h * and a * dead * panel. After a few meters you can either go to the left (parking) will be in early fitness trail (it's there). At the end, parking lots and then walk in the area is not meeting a lot of guys.

At Chinon, when you are in the center of Chinon take direction Bouchard Island (D8), go under the railway bridge and immediately right. Along the Vienna get to the bottom of this dead end. CAUTION, there are families.

Take the RN 141 (Angouleme-Cognac) then exit Segonzac. Just after the roundabout towards Segonzac, take a white path on the left in the first corner. Dredge in the car and in the woods.

In the park next to the water sports, there is a wood, there can meet people. I go there quite often on weekends.

Nice walk around the island, quiet places particularly isolated to the dam or can be crossed charming joggers, walkers and especially fishermen.
