Leaving Coex towards Saint Gilles, continue straight for 1 km until you see the sign for Lac du Gué Gorand. Follow the sign until you reach the parking area. There are two parking areas; the second one, located in a recess, is better because you can see if anyone is arriving. It's best to go early in the morning or in the evening, as people pass through, so be careful.

Coming from Niort via Avenue de Sevreau: 800 meters after the disused level crossing, turn left at the roundabout (towards Bessines), take the second left (Chemin du Marais Communal), and turn right onto the dead-end road 100 meters after the ruined house. It's possible to have some fun discreetly by car or under the trees. METABOLIK room. Very nice gym, with showers, sauna, a nice and friendly atmosphere. A room much less saturated than Basic Fit, the team is great, smiling and available. Good quality equipment, varied music adapted to each area. The diet bar is varied!
