Coming from Niort via Avenue de Sevreau: 800 meters after the disused level crossing, turn left at the roundabout (towards Bessines), take the second left (Chemin du Marais Communal), and turn right onto the dead-end road 100 meters after the ruined house. It's possible to have some fun discreetly by car or under the trees. The location is secluded but should be avoided in wet weather (it's in a hollow, and getting out on muddy ground could be difficult). Google Maps coordinates: 46.309086791125644, -0.514417586253159

Very easy to access and in length, it allows you to remain discreet.Plan dogging in a car or suck..., no problems. Place that I recommend for a meeting in the evening, late or early, just to come home or go to work 'light*.

METABOLIK room. Very nice gym, with showers, sauna, a nice and friendly atmosphere. A room much less saturated than Basic Fit, the team is great, smiling and available. Good quality equipment, varied music adapted to each area. The diet bar is varied!
