At the exit of Sangatte camper van rest area with sanitary block. Urinals with good visibility on your neighbor and two toilets where you can isolate yourself if you like. Very clean place to be left in the same condition. Observe the following!

Take the dragonfly trail along the lake, go to the end until the lake becomes narrow.Small place at the edge of the very pleasant water, a little naturism and in the woods there is something to do.Be careful though there may be walkers.
