In Parthenay, in the village of Saint Paul towards Saint Aubin le Cloud, there is on the right an old disused chapel serving as a hangar. It is accessed by the uncrowded Rosary Trail. Behind the chapel, there is a field with a hedge behind which you can take shelter and a little further on another open field with a view of the ramparts.

Opposite the town hall square, a green garden to the left of the old court, in the shade of the ramparts. It has a beautiful view of the St. Paul area and Thouet. After 22:30 when it is night, the place is quiet except animation in the city as the game of the festival in July.
