Just after the Pont de Gilly, park on the right in the car park (start of the cycle path). And then sneak into the woods just behind. In winter, it's very discreet.

The very nice little wood is located behind the Gilly-sur-Isère swimming pool. You have to walk along the fence that surrounds the pool and you will inevitably come across this very very nice little wood!
