From Larzicourt by the D660, turn right towards the D60 Hauteville. Before the bridge over the Marne, embark on a wide path on the right and follow it as far as possible to the south, in the loop of the Marne. The path is passable to the range outside of wet periods. There, a large beach (sandy partly gravel for the rest) and many groves offer the full range of summer recreation: BBQ, swimming, and other tan possibly more, in the late afternoon -midday. Very intimate and little known place, but has lots of potential. Halfway between Saint-Dizier and Vitry-le-François.

This road is behind the ESSO refinery, heading towards La Fossette. For those coming from La Fossette, you'll see a power station nearby, which supplies electricity to the factory. Coming from Ussel and going on Tulle, after the place called La Trappe, take the forsaken fair D1089 behind the building of agricultural equipment dealer and go to the other end of the helpless. Guys stop in jalopy kiss and ride in the woods on the right. No popular because little known but still worth a look.
