From the N7 St Rambert d'Albon, head towards the dam on the Rhone. Just before the lock, turn left along the canal on the left bank. Exclusively night. You have to go in the southwest part of the park, look the only guys and some dark places. Sometimes opportunities to meet also in the bushes near the stadium.
