I went there for a look. Why are public toilets in Paris dirty and smelly? In addition, 2 urinals removed and 1 broken. Already there is a crowd of tourists, and the day I went there, a guy of a certain age and not discreet kept coming and going and put himself at the entrance to wait. It is because of this type of behavior that urinals are gradually being phased out. Already in France, we are not the kings of public (and clean) toilets. Please make sure to keep them.
