Take the stairs on the deck of Epinay, Villeneuve la Garenne side Gennevilliers, or those side Ile Saint Denis. It also drag directly on the bridge. To eat, you'll soon find the hidden places under the bridge ... Otherwise: below the side deck Villeneuve - Gennevilliers, walk along the esplanade. At the end, there's a small concrete building.
