Near Avenue du Dr. Jean Mac, in the parking lot, are tiny, old-fashioned, prefabricated public toilets. Two urinals side by side; one day I found myself there with a lecherous old man, leering and groping; amusing. Be warned, it's a fairly busy spot, so be extremely discreet; I've never been there at night.
