At the very top of Pech-David (Toulouse), you'll find the parking lot opposite the observatory/reservoir. It's frequented by bi/gay men, partygoers, and sometimes couples. It's possible to consume alcohol on-site in the wooded areas when the foliage is up and at night. But it's a public place, so be discreet and don't leave any trash. Never during the day.
