Hi Vinnie, access isn't prohibited at midnight, only parking is. Stopping is allowed, which means a bathroom break or a quick rest stop (as long as you're near your vehicle, the police can't do anything), allowing vans to spend the night there without any problems.

There's a sign at the entrance and the cops read the message on the website.
