A new club has great potential, but spoiled by lots of annoying details. Unsuccessful as the club (lack of class rates for couples to the services offered and in terms of local competition) and unsuccessful as day sauna (sauna is 1m by 1m can not come home at 2 ... but there are 2 huge jacuzzi, one would only have to have a real dry sauna) etc etc ...
