This is a spinning studio (indoor cycling)! Besides the very friendly staff and the workout, I've had some great encounters in the showers (separated communal showers with curtains). Most guys draw them, but some, a little less modest, chat without them: the advantage is that the showers are separate from the changing room area, allowing you to linger discreetly, hehe. I recommend daytime classes because the after-work sessions are often very crowded, which means it's harder to hang out discreetly in the shower area (only 3 showers)...
