At Parc de la Garenne (Angers side, not Avrillé side). When you arrive by bus line 1, direction Belle-Beille, get off at the St. Nicolas stop. At this entrance to the park, head more to the left, not to the right (which runs alongside a road). Continue on, and you can walk down to reach Parc de la Garenne. On this side of the park, there are quite a few very discreet spots where you can easily flirt as you please. There are guys running and other things.
