To get there, simply take the road to the Chapelle d'Espérance: pass the chapel, continue for about 500 meters, and after a slight left turn, you'll find the small parking area, which can serve as a meeting point. From there, it's easy to access various trails that wind into the woods, perfect for finding peace and quiet.
