After the sauna gay gravel road, go straight until number 23, take the path on the right just before the stage. Go to the end (dead end) to park, walk take the left path that runs along the campsite of Abrest on about 800m. Borrow various small path in the woods or stay on the main path to a kind of crossroads path, then turn left.
