Small hill with poorly lit paths, benches to wait in total darkness, to be frequented only in the evening after 8pm, access via the jetty at the seaside, take the path to the right and go up towards the chapel or stop under the trees and wait on a bench.

Opposite the EDF power station is a parking lot, as well as two others a little further up. The area is surrounded by woods and is already well-known to some regulars. You'll easily find the parking areas as you walk around. The atmosphere is more lively in the parking lots further up, especially in the evening. The site is also frequented by athletes, so let's be discreet and respectful of everyone.

When you reach the roundabout in Andernos, at the Querquillas locality (coming from Bordeaux), take the first road that runs alongside the dual carriageway. You will pass the dog training center on your right. Continue straight ahead: you will reach a white path. Walk approximately 500 meters, and you will see a barrier; this is the place.

Le parc situé derrière le château, qui abrite la mairie, est une vaste zone boisée aux allées nombreuses et bien entretenues. Cette forêt dense offre un cadre idéal pour la promenade, la découverte de la nature et les activités de plein air. Elle comporte plusieurs sentiers secondaires et espaces plus isolés qui invitent à la détente et à la tranquillité.En dehors des périodes de vacances, le site reste peu fréquenté, ce qui en fait un lieu paisible. L’accès se fait soit par la cour de la mairie, soit par le côté de l’étang de la Lande. Les VTT y sont autorisés.
