Near the Vincennes Racecourse. Access by Avenue Gravelle then road Turrets from Paris via Charenton. Quite crowded at dusk, all ages, all styles. Frequented by guys "more mature" during the day. Attention to the rise keeps flowing day and the police sometimes round the night. Moderator: like any public place, observe the place and do not eat there.
