At Plonéour Lanvern turn left to the cemetery management TREGUENNEC. Then make approximately 3 km and cross the town of Tréguennec. Go straight ahead. You will arrive at the parking lot to the beach. When you are facing the beach, the dunes take on your right and walk about 10 to 15 minutes! You are there!
