take the road of Saint Laurent le Minier, after a large bend you 3 to 4 kms you will find a small bridge on the right, at the end you will see cars parked, you take the path at the bottom of a fortress, passing through a very small passage and then you follow this path, several beach locations below, if you can not find your happiness, return to the bridge and hit the road right away parking, and there you sink into the wood on your always going left on the edge of the screw.

On the side of the avenue Jean Jaures, one can park on the quay; Take Rue Fernand Pelloutier at the end of the street the sauna is indicated by a sign. This sauna is very clean, it has a very intimate meeting area and steam sauna is great. There is a dry sauna, swimming pool and numerous cabins.
