In the middle of nowhere in the SoMa district (not always safe), and no sign on the door because here we are in the USA: even in San Francisco, as incredible as it is, the places of sex are hidden! So write down the address, and don't hesitate to push the door! Not being a local, I went to this place only once a few days ago and I stayed there for a few hours, so I do not have the opportunity to check its evolution. Real sex club, well done, spacious (we are in the USA), friendly welcome (despite the requested 13 dollars membership card which does not help tourists). No showers (except urine if you want lol), but the guys on site have a lot of hygiene, it shows. Hard practices possible (pissing, with a bathtub, and SM with 2 rings and a cross of SA), but little noticed, most guys have very soft and protected practices (hoods and gel available everywhere).
