Coming from Paris, 8 km before Limoges (on the A20) area with petrol station. Make 300 meters and go right into the large parking lot at the bottom. The place is deserted (except holidays) and you will find the forest nearby. Very nice area, but please leave it clean.

Aire de repos au nord de Limoges dans les 2 sens sur l'A20...routiers, vrp, jeunes mecs.....toujours du monde toute la journée (faire plus attention passage fréquent de la DDE et de la Gendarmerie en période de vacances avec les familles...)

L’aire de la Jalette sur N141 à une trentaine de Km à l'Ouest de limoges, mais dans le sens Angoulême-Limoges. Aire de repos avec toilettes et buissons à l'arrière. A toute heure mais compliqué le soir et la nuit, car le parking est souvent envahi par les camions, y compris dans la zone voitures. Très rare passage possible de la Gendarmerie !
