Very little wood discreet and cool in summer. It it located right behind the gazebo Polignac south side where you have the castle of Polignac in front of you. To go there, at the roundabout, when you go to Le Puy, take the first exit and then immediately right. The kindling is there. A little further up you will find a space to park discreetly. I suggest this place because it's been a few years that I frequent for the rides. Throughout the greenway (old railway line) access from Brive-Charensac The Greenway begins 700m from the Mayor of Brives-Charensac, near the D37. Access: at the end of the bridge over the Loire, in front of the town hall, take the streets that run along the left bank of the Loire. Just before the sign of the output brives towards coubon, take the small road up to the right. 50m away, there is a parking sand. Nice places with nice view. Directions: on the N88 from Le Puy en Velay take the second exit at the height of Yssingeaux towards Valencia-Annonay. At the stop sign turn left to go over the N88 and then take the first exit Alinhac-Besse. Continue on the N2088 pass over the N88, you will pass near a quarry, continue and end of a downhill turn left to pass under the N88, a small sign announces La Faye Le Pré-just before.
