When you take the road to go to the wood of Rocques, you go over a bridge and before the bridge there is a road. Take the road, and the first road to the left that is. Not a lot of passing, but when there is, it's great.

From Caen take the Louvigny direction (ideally from the racetrack). This is a small road to Louvigny about 4/5 kms between 2 turns. Wood each side. It dredge along the railroad: sink into the woods. On the D572 between Bayeux and Saint-Lô (up to Montfiquet). After the roundabout at the junction Saint-Lô direction (about 3 km), a sign for a parking lot on the right. Take Forest Road Land clearing along it and into the forest. Less than one km away is another parking lot on your right which become the villain dark. Starting from Deauville, management Bénerville, turn left at the church. Arrived at the fork between the path of the Pen and the path of Fontaine-Marie, there is access to a footpath where a few cars can park.
