Go to the end (dead end) to park, walk take the left path that runs along the campsite of Abrest on about 800m. Borrow various small path in the woods or stay on the main path to a kind of crossroads path, then turn left.

Sports center, past the youth, going to park in parking lot # 1 (small cars) crossing the first bridge along the locker room, back across the second bridge and follow the path right in front of the bike park. Small pine wood with nice place rather after 18h because the presence of family bike park. If person also go straight on the road after the second bridge to the wooden tables next to the wasteland ....
