At the end of the avenue du Peuple Belge and next to the bridge of the Madeleine, quiet place where some guys are raised to find a plan. Rather crowded in the late afternoon and early evening. Especially guys fifties. Lacks a little young. Moderator: like any public place, observe the place and do not eat there.
