Seignosse, take direction "Le Penon" then the D89 towards les Bains Vieux Boucau for 2km. Turn left to the parking lot. The beach Barracks is indicated. Once facing the sea walk north (right) on about 1km to reach the cruising spot. Possibility of access to the beach from the parking lot through the woods on the right, follow the road to the dunes. Dredge in the dunes, in the forest.
