Stany82, these aren't gratuitous criticisms as you say. They are criticisms. Period. This site is for that: to suggest places, and for each place we've visited, to give our opinion/feelings, whether positive or negative, while remaining courteous. This doesn't preclude, as you suggest, going to see the managers on site to discuss it with them. But Duosexe82 can't ask people who didn't enjoy the place to remain silent in order to only get glowing reviews (even though I completely understand that criticism isn't pleasant).
If you find the sauna too much of this and not enough of that, go discuss it with management rather than criticizing from behind a screen. It all started with the fact that the second jacuzzi in the dark was closed. Do you know why it's closed? No one asked, even though you were there... There must be valid reasons, otherwise what's the point of changing things that don't improve customer satisfaction? Besides, all this gratuitous criticism is exhausting. Don't forget that there are people who go out of their way to make this a pleasant place.
