Small area just before the Hermitage on the D700 when you get to Saint-Brieuc. quiet area with nice enough wood for socializing.

In Bourgtheroulde output on the D438, at the edge of the forest of Londe, turn left a small forest road that goes towards the Louveterie. After about 2.5 km and just before the right turn, stop at one of the small parking area or road entrance on the main car park area picnic. At the entrance of Podensac by D1113 coming from Bordeaux, at the roundabout of the McDonalds, turn right. Go behind the Gam Green store and continue to behind the Super U.
