1st road left after the campsite from Cenac. A 1700 m from the roundabout or Shopi supermarket or 24/24 petrol station Cénac management Daglan. There is still the sign "For Sale". Take this road: 300 meters, the parking lot of the former nightclub that burned. Appointment of Bi and couples.

Arriving at the dam, turn right and join the row of parking spaces. Deep inside, large space to wait and meet interested. Calm and quiet, good plans. Possibility to go for a ride in the surrounding woods to be quiet. Very good place at nightfall and into the night, open access. Do not come during the day, this is the ride for families!

After the sauna gay gravel road, go straight until number 23, take the path on the right just before the stage. Go to the end (dead end) to park, walk take the left path that runs along the campsite of Abrest on about 800m. Borrow various small path in the woods or stay on the main path to a kind of crossroads path, then turn left.

Sports center, past the youth, going to park in parking lot # 1 (small cars) crossing the first bridge along the locker room, back across the second bridge and follow the path right in front of the bike park. Small pine wood with nice place rather after 18h because the presence of family bike park. If person also go straight on the road after the second bridge to the wooden tables next to the wasteland ....
