From Montpellier, in the center of Prades le Lez, take Roucayrol street on the left just before the church (direction cemetery). Continue the road / path through the fields. On the left through the first small wooden bridge and park in front of home gardens. Walk back on the road and continue 100m. A small dirt road at a small dirt parking lot on the left provides access to the waterfront. Just down the road there is a beach on the opposite shore. And several small pebbly beaches continuing the path without crossing the river. Very discretly.

Cysoing, take the D90 towards Baisieux, after the roundabout with Intermarché, pass on the SNCF bridge and immediately after take the 1st right, then you are facing the chapel trees, parking under the tree where to right, old dead end road, places as walks, bike sometimes families, be discreet.
