Coming from Bellegarde sur Valserine on the D1084 towards Nantua turn right towards Chézery forens-D14, make 4 or 5 km then turn right on to the path of Coz. Down a few miles and then park on the left just before the bridge Coz. Go walk a few meters to take the marked trail on the right towards the comfort bridge. 5 minute walk along the river to its junction Y. There you will find a beautiful little beach very friendly. Good swimming at all.

Quite nice corner near the mill of Pennes Mirabeau following the path straight ahead we pass a barrier and reaches a water tank. Here there are lots of vegetation around. Easy parking near the mill.

A Rouvray the monument to the dead, take direction. Roman Bridge Dessendre the path pass the waste bottles, continue the path straight to Roman bridge and visible and indicated the end of the road between woods and river it is cool in summer ideal for this fun and meet j 'there was practically all the time. Then right away I hope.

This is a couple who told me the place I went was with a friend. Accessible by EDF or simply ponds from the green channel if one is biking ... apparently it's a pretty confidential place but frequented by nudists * *, mostly men, as a meeting place by my accomplices ; small corners between partial shade partial sun trees nice for sunbathing aprems and if one likes to watch, there connoisseurs ...

From Maintenon Maingournois take direction on D18 in front of golf. Turn left at the dead end, go to the end and park. Then follow on foot the railway bridge on the left. quiet place to enjoy it.
