Pass in front of Rocamadour train station and take the one-way street (no entry except for residents). Continue past the level crossing on your left. Park either in front of the station and continue on foot, or after the level crossing. You can walk along the paths; you can make a loop. There are heterosexual couples, mostly during the day (they're not very discreet), and gay encounters, mostly in the evening at dusk, especially during the summer. Quite a few men come for walks in the evening as soon as the weather is nice. Be careful not to leave condoms lying around, as they are everywhere on the paths.

You can park and access the motorway direction dune area of Agen Toulouse, the small gate is open. One can also access the dunes area in the direction Toulouse Agen via the trail .... Brulhois shaded, forest and can suck through the metal fence that separates the sleeping area and the trail.

Coming from Montauban on the national road turn left at the roundabout towards Grisolles Fronton then climb up to the top. At last turn right take on the left, small parking lot with recycled bottle green. Park at then to 200m, at the corner turn left small square with all round hurdle. Possible to get there by car.
