Take the path to the left at the La Rivière campsite in Lacave.Continue straight, cross a small bridge then continue straight. Dirt road but accessible by car. Park at the foot of the tree where there is a sign.Here a lot of groves to naughty in the forest, or a few meters further on the edge of the Dordogne.

Entrance below the parking lot of the René Cassin gymnasium. Very little frequented by walkers in general, especially between noon and two and in the evening from 6 p.m. Lots of nooks at the entrance to the woods to isolate yourself. Like any natural place, please pick up your waste.

Depuis Albi sur la route de cordes,tourner au radar dir. Virac petit pont, de suite à droite, parking au pied du barrage. A éviter les weekends, beaucoup de familles. Respectez les lieux.
