Petite aire de repos discrèteSituée en contrebas de la route nationale, cette aire offre plusieurs recoins tranquilles. On peut facilement s’isoler dans les bois voisins pour profiter du calme et de l’intimité.Au bout de l’allée, l’impasse mène à un petit chemin de terre qui grimpe vers un terrain vague. Ce lieu, lui aussi, reste assez discret.

A small wooded area lies at the end of the three lakes/ponds of Francin (former gravel pits). To get there, walk a short distance along the highway. You'll then find a small maze of paths on the left, typical of nature retreats. Hidden from view and away from families, you can be naked and free... It's a daytime spot, but you must absolutely avoid flirting and indecent exposure by the lake, as this is the best way to attract the police, which apparently happens from time to time.

Coming from Montrevel, at 1500m, there's a small parking area on the left. There's a toilet with a urinal (2 spaces) and two cubicles. It's a very quiet spot, frequented only by a few regulars. Avoid it during the school year (it's a school bus stop).

A spot with a large grassy area and a wooden table, offering a mix of sun and shade. There's a charming little chapel where you can gather, and paths leading off for walks. Heading towards the Monteynard dam, just before reaching the bottom, take a dirt road on the right that passes under an iron arch. Continue for about 200 meters and you've arrived.
