Public WC right next to the ( CAT ) city airport train the train to the airport. Just before entering the hall of the CAT, on the right there is a small gallery which gives access to the outside, you have to go down the three steps and the toilets are on the left in the gallery. You have to follow the directions at worst. You don't have to wait long to see stiff tails. Respect the places and leave clean, many travelers pass through here.
