This entrance avoids tapping the stairs and the climb on the mound of 31 rue des Charmes to access the park. There is great potential and I have seen a lot of people pass by. In the park behind the City Hall and the Abbey Saint-Ouen, that drag a little late night on sunny days, a little less in the winter.
